We’re currently tracking multiple other land use proposals that could significantly impact the Moreno Badlands area and beyond, including:

  • 🏭 A zoning change from residential to light industrial just north of the 60 Freeway

  • 🏘️ A high-density residential overlay being explored for the Badlands foothills

  • 📦 A proposed 4 million square foot warehouse project on farmland in Live Oak Canyon — a site long known for its agricultural and community value

These projects are at different stages of development, but like the trailer park proposal, they signal a growing shift toward incompatible land uses in sensitive areas.

We’re reviewing County documents, environmental filings, and land ownership records now.
