Smart Advocacy for an Irreplaceable Landscape

Protecting the San Timoteo Badlands from poorly planned development.

We turn local concern into well-researched, policy-backed action.

We combine depth with genuine community advocacy to halt projects that harm our environment while promoting responsible growth.

🎯 Policy Backed Advocacy

We leverage CEQA, ESA, and MSHCP knowledge to build records that hold up in hearings. Our research prevents bad projects from breaking ground.

🏠Nehghbors that take action

We're the voice this area has been missing. Local neighbors who understand both the landscape and the policy framework needed to protect it.

⚖️ Balanced Growth Advocates

We're not opposed to all development; we're opposed to poor planning. Speculative developments left unchecked harm the environment that supports us all.

Current Threats Facing Our Badlands

On April 20, 2025, the Moreno Badlands Conservancy submitted detailed comments to the Riverside County GPAC regarding GPA240073 (The Industrial Lot).

The next day the issue was presented for GPAC approval — and per the Planning Director, it was "taken off line." No vote by the GPAC was held.

On May 27, MBC was alerted that the County’s record for this GPA was placed on hold. We also note a change in their website’s description.

We will continue to monitor this GPA but are encouraged that it is currently not being processed.
